Silly Bandz are not so bad, neither is living at home!

Hi my name is PJ, I am 27 and I own sillybandz and still live with my parents
This did not start on purpose, but then again does any addiction start on purpose?
It all started one night when I was out to dinner with a child that I baby-sit for and she had them. We were playing with them and she had put a few on my wrist. The next day I went to the beach with some friends, forgetting that I had them on. We were minding our own business when out of no where a kid appeared and asked “So..ahh, what do you have”. Huh? Did I have "Free Candy" written on my forehead? He noticed the confusion setting in on my face then he pointed at my wrist and said “ what do you have”. I tried just telling him but no I had to ...

Parking Problems
Posted 7/16/2010 11:22:00 AM
While I was pulling in to get my morning coffee I realized that people are forgetting how to park! Here are some basics...
1) There are lines there for a reason folks! You are supposed to pull STRAIGHT up and in the MIDDLE of them. I love trying to get back into my car after you have pulled way over the line or trying to back out of my spot after you have pulled in diagonally leaving your cars tail end close to my car.
2) Your compact car or fancy car does not need two spaces! Really, I mean don't get all upset if you come out and your car has a few dings in it. That was your fault because you can't park!
3) I don't care how quick you are going to be, stop parking in handicap spots. So what if the next free spot is way ...
It's Playoff Time In Boston!

What a great time of year for Boston sports! That being said it's tough to stay on track with my weight loss! It's been really hard because everyone wants to hit the bars to watch the game. So by the start of the game , you've already been hitting a plate of nachos. By the half your three beers deep! Then to really send you over the edge, in the the 4th they start to bring out the half priced appetizers and the 3 buck pints. You end up getting so caught up in the atmosphere you can't stop yourself. Worst part is the next morning when you feel like absolute crud and are dreading the nights workout because you over did it the night before. Needless to say I will be in a major detox after the seasons are over. So here's to stuffing our faces with 5,000 calories ...
It's Been A While!!

It feels great to be blogging again! Lot's has changed since my last post. Team Marando is sweating and dropping pounds galore! It has been a great experience.
I went into this very positive and thinking how lucky I was to have a chance to work with some of the best trainers in the field! I never thought I would get this far. It was no easy accomplishment though. From making "me" time, changing eating habits and motivating myself to get up and move it really has been a life change. I am glad I am doing it though. I am feeling better, getting a better night sleep and starting to feel confident in myself again.
I would never have have stuck to it without the great support system I have. My trainer Anthony Marando is always a text or an email away with questions that may come up and ...
