CANDY CORN FUDGE

8 oz cream cheese at room temp.

2 cups confectioners sugar

2 teas. vanilla

3 cups white chocolate chips

2 cups mini pretzels

1 cup dried cherries

1 cup candy corn

Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with two sheets of parchment paper leaving an over hang on both sides.  Using electric mixer beat cream cheese & sugar in large bowl til smooth (approx 2 mins) beat in vanilla meanwhile melt white chocolate in microwave or over very low heatadd melted chocolate to cream cheese mixture & beat til smooth (approx 1 - 2 mins) fold in pretzels & cherries transfer mixture into prepared pan and top with candy corn refridgerate til firm (at least 2 hours)using overhang transfer fudge onto cutting board and cut into squares.
