Save the date! Thursday September 20. Hank Morse and I. Iron Chef Cook Off!! It's on!!! Tri-City Sales Appliances and Electronics in Salem (Mass). We get to use their GE Monogram Wall Ovens, including their new one the "GE Advantium Speed Cook Oven"! It cooks a chicken up to eight times faster than a conventional oven! WOW! So, here's what I'm thinking of making: (don't tell Hank): yummy, sweet chicken wings, maybe some "Wally-basa", a delicious coleslaw recipe I got from my neighbor Sarah, perhaps some corn on the cob? It's in season! And to hold you over, probably some chip and dip. Not sure what to make for dessert yet but there will be dessert! So, hope to see you there!! You can register here on wror.com. Oh!
