If you find yourself feeling wistful for days gone by, may I suggest a trip to Indian Ranch in Webster. I know you've heard of the place; maybe even been there a long, long time ago. I went for the first time last year to see what's left of Grand Funk and I just went last Sunday for an afternoon Chris Isaak show. What a blast! What an intimate place for a show! And what a nice place to spend your summer vacation! Family friendly Indian Ranch Camp Ground is located on the shores of Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagaugchaubunagungamaugg (thank you copy & paste). When you book a site and set up your camper there, you can rent paddle boats, swim in the lake, play volley ball, have a burger, a soft serve swirl, swim in their new pool and maybe catch an afternoon or evening show! There's still lots of season left so, seriously, take the trip out….even if it's just for a concert. It'll be more than worth it. Indianranch.com
