Prepare to succeed
Posted 1/31/2010 12:00:00 PM
We are heading into the first week of February and there are less than 330 shopping days until Christmas!

OK..now that I've gotten your attention....

Get a list together of your "success foods". Those are the staples of your healthy eating plan. For me, it's eggs, low fat and lean proteins, low fat cheese, protein bars, protein drinks, fruits and vegetables, vitimins, fish oil, water, etc.

Now, prepare your plan for the week.

I just made eight small ham, cheese and green pepper omelettes. My wife Pam bought me an omelette pan and this morning I took about an hour and prepared them for the week. I wrapped them individually so I can pop them in the microwave and have one before I go to work. They're also great to have in the event I'm going somewhere and don't know what will be availalbe for me to it. I also have a case of my protein shakes in the back of my car. They happen to be EAS Carb Sense.

Now that I've got my "success foods" ready for the week, I feel like my chances for a healthy week are much, much greater.

Don't forget to write down everything you eat. You can use the time it takes to do it as a way to take up time when you feel vulenerable and don't want to give in to unwanted urges.

This week, we'll pick the winners of the "Bring it Back at Boyle's" contest and post them on the web. Once the winners have the ok from their doctors to start working out, we'll track everyone's progress with videos, blog and pictures. I hope you win and if you don't, please follow along. Feel free to send us your progress, too and we'd be happy to post it if you like.

Have a great week!

Best,
Hank

I eat what I feel is a good diet. First I cook up a big pot of lundbergs organic short grain brown rice and organic lentles. A good bace for alot of meals. Then Steam up a bunch of Veggies (Aldente') Buy whole grain breads 100% whole grain. Then Brown and cook a pound or so of ground turkey. you can also carmalise a few onions. you can freez these ingredients and use them as needed. However Microwaving Food is very unhealthy it will make your food nonutritional. Google (Radiation ovens) You will throw yours away or use it as a bread storage area after you see what they do. They are illegal where they were invented. They are poison and destroy nutrishonal goodness. (sending out an SOS) Please reserch radiaton ovens. then Go Buy A Good Toaster Oven And stop eating denutrified Foods. Your's Truely (Scott)
