Are you a Rollling Stones fanatic?
Well if you are, “there’s an app for that.”
The UK rockers have been putting the pedal to the medal this year for their 50th anniversary, including the extremely anticipated reunion shows, a new album, several documentaries, and much more.
So why not try their hand at creating an app?
According to an official press release, the band played a role in developing the app, which is free to download, although it will only be initially available for the iPhones, iPad and iPod Touch.
Fans who download the app can unlock exclusive video content, win tickets, and catch breaking news on the band. Soon, the app will even allow fans to vote for a favorite track to be played at one of the Stones’ upcoming gigs!
There will also be a paid-for section, which will allow users to watch never-before-seen interviews and performances during the group’s tour preparation.
The Rolling Stones have five upcoming reunion shows: two at the London O2 Arena on November 25th and 29th, one at Brooklyn Barclays Center in NYC on December 8th and two at the Newark Prudential Center in New Jersey on December 13th and 15th.
As if that wasn’t enough, the Stones have released yet another live bootleg, this time, from their July 25th, 1982 show at Roundhay Park, Leeds, UK.
To see the whole set list and buy the bootleg head to the Google Play Store, plus be sure to watch the videos below for the Stones take on their 1982 performance and the promotional video for the app.
