One of the most talked about dates of years past is quickly approaching.
December 21st, 2012, has been talked about for a variety of reasons, including the world ending and a possible drastic change to our planet.
Although nothing is proven, what better way to celebrate 12/21 than by getting your hands on a deluxe edition of Rush’s landmark album 2112?
This deluxe edition will include 5.1 Surround Sound Mixes, Unreleased Live Tracks, plus the First Ever Rush Comic Book and will become available globally starting on December 18th.
2112 was originally released in 1976 and is one of the band’s most highly regarded releases among fans and critics alike. The album includes the title track “2112” which is a progressive rock piece of history, as it makes up the entire A-side of the original LP.
There are three available configurations of the deluxe editions: The Deluxe Edition is available in CD/DVD form as well as CD/Blu-Ray, while the Super Deluxe Edition comes with a CD/Blu-Ray and a hardbound book case.
So if the world is going to end on December 21st, at least we will have one more chance to rock out with Rush.
