Paul McCartney has added six new shows in the United States to his summer touring schedule.
Per his official website, Sir Paul has added five shows in the month of June and one in August and tells fans that additional dates will be announced soon. Exact dates and locations of the new stops are listed below, and for the full list of McCartney’s upcoming shows, head over to PaulMcCartney.com.
…In the meantime, if you ever wanted to be in a Paul McCartney music video, now would be a good time to pay attention.
Paul is making a music video for his song “Save Us” and is asking his fans to take photos of themselves with signs that contain the song’s lyrics. Fans then post their photos to Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #whatsnewPaul, and the photos will be used make up the video clip.
This is definitely a clever way for any artist, much less someone like Paul McCartney, to interact with their fans, and we can’t wait to see the final product.
You can find more information on the “Save Us” music video, including photo tips and song lyrics, in the “News” section at PaulMcCartney.com.
