During a recent discussion with US Weekly, Stevie Nicks touched on a variety of topics, one of which was the health of Fleetwood Mac bandmate John McVie.
According to Nicks, the bassist, who announced his cancer diagnosis last fall, is doing well and has a surgery scheduled for sometime next week.
“He's good. He's gonna be fine,” Nicks told US Weekly. “I’m not the least bit worried about John. He's very, very strong and a man of very few words. He's not a person to mess with.”
McVie returned to the stage with Fleetwood Mac for a pair of shows on December 30 and 31 in Las Vegas. The band canceled a 14-date tour of Australia in October upon the news of McVie’s diagnosis.
Meanwhile, Stevie Nicks’ long-awaited cameo on American Horror Story: Coven made its premiere last night on FX, during which she sang “Rhiannon,” did a little twirling and bonded with some witches. Check out a clip of the episode below!
